i've posted a couple new things this week. but, i wanted to post one last thing to give credit where it is due -- to God!
i have had a handful of girlfriends in the past 2 months kindly tell me how much they liked my two posts on being a homemaker. they were encouraged & challenged. in fact, i've struggled recently with the challenges of being homemaker, and i was encouraged by a great friend, katie. i told her about my two posts, and she encouraged me to go back and re-read them myself (which i did!). it was edifying.
but, before i get too excited about "what i wrote", i have to acknowledge that none of it -- i repeat, none of it -- would be possible without the grace of God. (grace: the free gift of strength, insight, & help that comes from God alone -- primarily the gift of His Son Jesus who gives freedom and forgiveness from sin). because i have received much grace, i'm passing it on.
