grace and i found a playgroup that meets 5 minutes away from our house at columbia & moyer streets, inside a cool looking church. we meet on the 2nd floor. grace is the youngest one, but nonetheless she plays with the kids. it's run by a sweet sweet lady named teri, and there are lots of other young moms i've met. most of them are graduates from either Pafa, Tyler, or U-arts. so we are art-moms with our little kids. it's so fun! we sing (wheels on the bus, itsy bitsy spider, you know- the classics), read a story (usually eric carle) and then have a snack, and a craft. during the snack & craft, grace and i just hang out on the carpet and play. playgroup rules. :)
